Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified pipeline through high-volume outbound prospecting, including cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn
  • Research target accounts and map stakeholders across Engineering, Product, and Leadership
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand development team workflows and pain points
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to develop account strategies and hand off opportunities
  • Hit and exceed weekly activity targets and monthly qualified meeting goals
  • Bring market intelligence back to the team regarding messaging and objections
  • Help build the sales playbook and scaling patterns

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, or business development roles
  • Experience as an SDR/BDR at a SaaS or developer tools company is a strong plus
  • Ability to explain complex products simply to a technical audience
  • Relentless self-starter mindset with strong ownership
  • Organized and data-driven approach to tracking activity and iterating
  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection
