About the role
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified pipeline through high-volume outbound prospecting including cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn
- Research target accounts and map stakeholders across Engineering, Product, and Leadership
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand development team workflows and pain points
- Partner with Account Executives to develop account strategies and hand off opportunities
- Hit and exceed weekly activity targets and monthly qualified meeting goals
- Provide market intelligence regarding messaging and objections to the team
- Help build and scale the sales playbook
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, or business development roles
- Fluent business level Spanish
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex products to technical audiences
- Relentless self-starter mindset with high ownership
- Organized and data-driven approach to activity tracking and iteration
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection
