About the role

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified pipeline through high-volume outbound prospecting including cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn
  • Research target accounts and map stakeholders across Engineering, Product, and Leadership
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand development team workflows and pain points
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop account strategies and hand off opportunities
  • Hit and exceed weekly activity targets and monthly qualified meeting goals
  • Provide market intelligence regarding messaging and objections to the team
  • Help build and scale the sales playbook

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, or business development roles
  • Fluency in Dutch
  • Experience in SaaS or developer tools is a strong plus
  • Ability to explain complex products to technical audiences
  • Strong organizational and data-driven mindset
  • High level of resilience and self-motivation
