Sales Development Representative Consultant

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact and develop assigned leads through tele-prospecting, cold calling, referrals, and industry networking.
• Follow a consultative sales process to identify private aviation opportunities and position Jet Luxe as the preferred solution.
• Manage marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) through qualification and ensure accurate data entry within the CRM.
• Prepare affiliate contracts and follow up to secure signatures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with operators and other industry counterparts.
• Meet and exceed individual affiliate acquisition targets aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor competitor activities and share market insights internally to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in high-end luxury goods, travel, or hospitality.
• Proven experience working toward revenue targets in a B2B environment.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, listening, and speaking).
• Professional competence with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using and maintaining data within a CRM.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a results-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation or a related field.
• Secondary language proficiency, such as Arabic.
• Past experience in aviation, charter sales, or brokerage.
