Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Qualify and deliver leads to build the pipeline for the Sales Executive team
• Act as the first line of communication and a brand advocate for potential prospects
• Proactively initiate outreach sequences and research new tactics to improve campaign effectiveness
• Manage key accounts and prospects with high levels of organization and follow-up
• Collaborate with team members to find solutions and share knowledge across the business

Requirements

• Motivated with a strong sales instinct and a desire to grow in a B2B environment
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Resourceful, collaborative, and able to take initiative without constant supervision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening
• Tech-savvy with an interest in learning CRM platforms like Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience operating on CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
• Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) sales environment
• A degree or relevant work experience demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit
