About the role
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through cold and warm phone calls and email outreach
- Conduct research to identify key stakeholders and generate interest in target accounts
- Overcome objections and nurture prospects through the sales funnel
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with potential clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in Salesforce
- Meet or exceed qualified opportunity quotas on a consistent basis
- Provide feedback to support continuous data integrity and process improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong listening abilities
- Proficiency with common corporate productivity tools including Google Drive
- High level of AI literacy and the ability to utilize AI to amplify role performance
- Self-motivated, persistent, and driven to achieve and exceed goals
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous sales training
- Familiarity with Salesforce
