Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients through cold and warm phone calls and email outreach
• Conduct research to identify key stakeholders and generate interest in target accounts
• Overcome objections and nurture prospects through the sales funnel
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with potential clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in Salesforce
• Meet or exceed qualified opportunity quotas on a consistent basis
• Provide feedback to support continuous data integrity and process improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong listening abilities
• Proficiency with common corporate productivity tools including Google Drive
• High level of AI literacy and the ability to utilize AI to amplify role performance
• Self-motivated, persistent, and driven to achieve and exceed goals
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous sales training
• Familiarity with Salesforce
