We've done this by reimagining the offer letter experience, internal rewards tools, and the compensation planning platforms themselves. We work with dozens of companies, including growth-stage companies like Convex and TrueNorth, as well as established companies like Vercel and DataStax.

Responsibilities

  • Create a sales engine as the first SDR hire and communicate updates to the CEO
  • Hit quota for monthly and quarterly targets
  • Prospect customers using LinkedIn, Apollo, job boards, and HR communities
  • Contribute to marketing and community campaigns on LinkedIn
  • Perform cold calling for prospective customers
  • Qualify opportunities and assess value proposition for companies

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Tech (startup experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • High degree of communication and organization
  • Proactive problem solving attitude and strong listening skills
  • Process-oriented and highly metrics-driven
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and handle context switching

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entrepreneurial experience
