We've done this by reimagining the offer letter experience, internal rewards tools, and the compensation planning platforms themselves. We work with dozens of companies, including growth-stage companies like Convex and TrueNorth, as well as established companies like Vercel and DataStax.
Responsibilities
- Create a sales engine as the first SDR hire and communicate updates to the CEO
- Hit quota for monthly and quarterly targets
- Prospect customers using LinkedIn, Apollo, job boards, and HR communities
- Contribute to marketing and community campaigns on LinkedIn
- Perform cold calling for prospective customers
- Qualify opportunities and assess value proposition for companies
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Tech (startup experience preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- High degree of communication and organization
- Proactive problem solving attitude and strong listening skills
- Process-oriented and highly metrics-driven
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and handle context switching
Preferred Qualifications
- Entrepreneurial experience
