Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Make cold calls and qualify accounts while launching targeted outbound campaigns
• Leverage intent marketing and community intelligence tools to target high-intent prospects
• Collaborate with sales leadership to improve outbound motion and drive revenue growth
• Manage customer relationships and deliver exceptional experiences
• Run outreach via phone, email, and demo calls
• Drive operational metrics including process throughput and defect rates
• Understand client use cases to align them with best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong strategic mindset for go-to-market execution
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Interest in AI and productivity tools
• Experience in project management and deploying multiple projects in fast-paced environments
• Ability to work in unstructured, autonomous environments
• Proven track record of consistent, repeatable sales performance
• Strong discovery and qualification skills
