Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Make cold calls and qualify accounts through targeted outbound campaigns into high-potential healthcare accounts
• Leverage intent marketing and community intelligence tools to prioritize prospects and optimize outreach
• Collaborate with sales leadership to refine outbound motion and drive revenue growth
• Manage customer relationships via phone, email, and demo calls to deliver exceptional experiences
• Articulate the value of Commure’s ambient documentation product and align client use cases with best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience executing go-to-market strategies, identifying target accounts, and developing outreach
• Proven track record of consistent prospecting performance and pipeline generation
• Strong discovery and qualification skills with a structured, listening-first approach
• Process-oriented and organized with the ability to thrive in unstructured, autonomous environments
• Expertise in project management and multitasking in fast-paced settings
• Interest in AI and tools that improve workflow efficiency
