Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to fintech, banking, and crypto prospects
• Engage prospects and articulate Coinflow’s value proposition
• Qualify prospects for interest, need, and fit
• Book qualified meetings and demos for BDRs with context and notes
• Follow up via phone and email to increase meeting conversion
• Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, outcomes, and meetings
• Meet daily call targets and monthly meeting quotas
• Collaborate with sales to improve scripts, objection handling, and messaging

Requirements

• Comfort with large-volume outbound calling
• Strong verbal communication and professional phone presence
• Resilience and persistence in a quota-driven environment
• Organizational skills to manage follow-ups effectively
• Interest in sales, fintech, and payments

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior cold calling, SDR, or outbound sales experience
• B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, or crypto product experience
• Familiarity with CRM systems and dialing tools
