Codes Health is building the modern platform for medical record retrieval. We use AI in conjunction with human review to pull decision-ready records in a fraction of the time, helping personal injury law and specialty healthcare providers move faster.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and research target accounts across personal injury law and specialty healthcare
- Run outbound outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn, and creative channels to generate qualified meetings
- Qualify inbound interest to separate real opportunities from noise
- Refine messaging and sales playbooks as the organization scales
- Work closely with Account Executives and the VP of Sales to build toward owning full-cycle deals
- Represent Codes Health with energy and professionalism
Requirements
- Hungry to build a career in sales at a high-growth startup
- Strong communicator, confident on the phone, and sharp in writing
- Coachable, resilient, and able to iterate fast based on feedback
- Organized and self-motivated to manage high volumes of outreach
- In-person oriented and willing to work from the Dumbo headquarters
- No prior sales experience required, though preferred
Benefits
- Base salary: $80,000–$90,000
- On-target earnings: $135,000–$145,000 total compensation
