About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calling and emailing
  • Develop skills and knowledge to progress toward an Account Executive role
  • Initiate informative two-way phone conversations with prospects
  • Explain Clearstory value propositions to potential customers

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Commercial Construction Industry experience (e.g., Project Engineer, Project Manager)
  • Experience with the Change Order Process
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • High energy and self-motivated personality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of B2B cold-calling experience
  • Experience using CRM software
  • Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative
  • Experience selling into the commercial construction industry
