About the Company

Since 2011, Castalie has been reinventing the water experience for businesses, hotels, and restaurants. We offer eco-designed fountains and sustainable containers as a premium alternative to single-use plastic bottles, providing microfiltered, pure water bottled on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Present the Castalie offer via various communication channels (phone, SMS, email) to inbound prospects and cold prospects identified by the Growth team
  • Qualify prospect needs following qualification frameworks and convert leads into opportunities
  • Organize actions reactively and rigorously plan tasks within the CRM
  • Follow up with all inbound prospects until an exchange occurs, respecting the follow-up process
  • Schedule qualified appointments to feed the sales pipeline

Requirements

  • Business school student or equivalent
  • Proficiency in CRM tools
  • Strong organizational skills and methodology
  • Collaborative mindset and team spirit
  • Proactive and commercially curious
  • Business and results-oriented
