Since 2011, Castalie has been reinventing the water experience for businesses, hotels, and restaurants. We offer eco-designed fountains and sustainable containers as a premium alternative to single-use plastic bottles, providing microfiltered, pure water bottled on-site.
Responsibilities
- Present the Castalie offer via various communication channels (phone, SMS, email) to inbound prospects and cold prospects identified by the Growth team
- Qualify prospect needs following qualification frameworks and convert leads into opportunities
- Organize actions reactively and rigorously plan tasks within the CRM
- Follow up with all inbound prospects until an exchange occurs, respecting the follow-up process
- Schedule qualified appointments to feed the sales pipeline
Requirements
- Business school student or equivalent
- Proficiency in CRM tools
- Strong organizational skills and methodology
- Collaborative mindset and team spirit
- Proactive and commercially curious
- Business and results-oriented
