Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Sign up new dealers and drive adoption on the Sell My Car platform
• Generate new business via cold outreach and inbound leads, primarily over the phone
• Identify and develop opportunities to upsell additional services like transport and stock funding
• Approach potential partners and build strong, long-term business relationships
• Collaborate with Account Management for smooth handovers and dealer reactivation
• Deliver persuasive pitches to GMs, Group Buyers, and Business Owners
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role within the automotive retail industry
• Driven, hard-working mindset suitable for a scale-up environment
• Hunter mentality with a passion for prospecting
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Ability to work with data to spot opportunities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce
