Cara is a domain-specific AI platform purpose-built for insurance—a modular system that enables agencies, brokerages, and MGAs to automate servicing, accelerate sales, and scale operations with a 24/7 digital workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline of insurance agencies, brokerages, and MGAs using targeted outbound and personalized outreach
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand workflows, tools, and service bottlenecks
  • Partner with founders and Account Executives to evaluate opportunities and provide product demos
  • Help build and improve the sales playbook, including talk tracks and email sequences
  • Collect and organize feedback for the product team to identify growth opportunities
  • Support pre- and post-event outreach for conferences and webinars

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in a fast-growing startup or B2B environment
  • Strong executive presence to engage agency principals and brokerage leadership
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial mindset capable of thriving in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to insurance agencies, brokerages, or financial services organizations
