About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the initial point of contact for new customers via sales channels
- Engage potential clients through calls, emails, and marketing efforts to create business opportunities
- Foster connections with clientele and encourage discussions about Box solutions
- Listen to customer requirements and articulate how Box meets those needs
- Meet established quota targets for territorial revenue growth
- Use Salesforce to manage leads and provide metrics
- Occasionally close deals with smaller organizations
Requirements
- Fluent German speaker
- Strong interest in transitioning to outbound sales
- Team-centric mindset and collaborative approach
- Experience engaging with customers and resolving challenges
- Excellent time management and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to identify opportunities
- Four-year degree or equivalent professional experience

- Previous experience in lead generation or sales
- Track record of success in a performance-driven, metric-focused role
