About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive outbound outreach via cold email, LinkedIn, and voice to generate meetings with key decision-makers
- Use tools like Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Loom to run intelligent outbound campaigns
- Identify ideal accounts and prospects based on Beacon’s ICP
- Experiment with and optimize messaging across personas and verticals
- Qualify leads via short discovery calls before handing over to the AE team
- Maintain clean records and track progress in HubSpot CRM
- Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor campaigns and content
Requirements
- Experience in an SDR/BDR role at a B2B SaaS or Tech company
- Experience selling or prospecting into Product, Enablement, GTM, or Ops teams
- Track record of hitting outreach/meeting targets
- Strong written communication skills
- Familiarity with outbound sales tools like Apollo, Clay, and HubSpot
- Flexibility to work during US hours (ET or PT overlap required)
