About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound outreach via cold email, LinkedIn, and voice to generate meetings with key decision-makers
  • Use tools like Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Loom to run intelligent outbound campaigns
  • Identify ideal accounts and prospects based on Beacon’s ICP
  • Experiment with and optimize messaging across personas and verticals
  • Qualify leads via short discovery calls before handing over to the AE team
  • Maintain clean records and track progress in HubSpot CRM
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor campaigns and content

Requirements

  • Experience in an SDR/BDR role at a B2B SaaS or Tech company
  • Experience selling or prospecting into Product, Enablement, GTM, or Ops teams
  • Track record of hitting outreach/meeting targets
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Familiarity with outbound sales tools like Apollo, Clay, and HubSpot
  • Flexibility to work during US hours (ET or PT overlap required)
