Responsibilities

• Promptly respond to all inbound leads to drive engagement and move prospects down the funnel
• Schedule qualified appointments for Energy Advisors and ensure accurate information capture
• Reach prospects via outbound campaigns using creative communication technology
• Provide insights to Marketing to help set up successful campaigns
• Conduct initial assessments to understand lead needs and pain points
• Accurately record all lead interactions and updates in the CRM system
• Provide exceptional customer service and address lead inquiries professionally

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in a high volume sales role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly
• Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
• Ability to manage a high volume of inbound leads efficiently
• Highly responsive, proactive, and customer-focused
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and resilience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Proficiency in CRM software such as HubSpot
• Experience in energy storage, solar, or retail energy
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
