Responsibilities
- Promptly respond to all inbound leads to drive engagement and move prospects down the funnel
- Schedule qualified appointments for Energy Advisors and ensure accurate information capture
- Reach prospects via outbound campaigns using creative communication technology
- Provide insights to Marketing to help set up successful campaigns
- Conduct initial assessments to understand lead needs and pain points
- Accurately record all lead interactions and updates in the CRM system
- Provide exceptional customer service and address lead inquiries professionally
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in a high volume sales role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
- Ability to manage a high volume of inbound leads efficiently
- Highly responsive, proactive, and customer-focused
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and resilience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Proficiency in CRM software such as HubSpot
- Experience in energy storage, solar, or retail energy
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
