Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for acquiring new B2B customers in the SME and medium-sized business segment for the German market
- Target decision-makers and C-level executives to schedule meetings (in person, via video call, or telephone) for the sales team
- Qualify potential customers prior to appointment setting
- Develop acquisition strategies and proactively initiate contact
- Maintain up-to-date information in relevant tools, specifically Salesforce, and report regularly to supervisors
Requirements
- Previous successful experience in B2B outbound telephone acquisition preferred
- Strong passion for sales
- Excellent proficiency in German and English
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a confident telephone presence
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, and a good listener
