Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for prospecting new B2B clients in the SME/ETI segment
- Target decision-makers and C-levels to schedule appointments (in-person, video, or phone) for the sales team
- Qualify prospects before appointments and determine approach strategies
- Maintain up-to-date information in Salesforce and provide regular reporting to management
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B outbound telephone prospecting (preferred)
- Strong commercial drive
- Perfect fluency in the Dutch language
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
