Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads across home services segments
- Run high-volume, multi-channel outbound programs via LinkedIn, email, and calls
- Tailor outreach to articulate Avoca’s value in booking jobs and lifting revenue
- Partner with Account Executives to schedule demos and ensure smooth handoffs
- Travel to industry conferences and events to generate leads and book demos
- Conduct discovery to qualify fit, pain, and timing across stakeholder teams
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to refine messaging and playbooks
- Track activity and report on KPIs to guide prioritization
Requirements
- 1-3 years in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding outbound meeting targets
- High confidence in phone and written communication
- Ability to manage high volume (50+ touches per day)
- Strong CRM discipline and data management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling AI or SaaS
- Experience selling into the home services vertical
