Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads across home services segments
• Run high-volume, multi-channel outbound programs via LinkedIn, email, and calls
• Tailor outreach to articulate Avoca’s value in booking jobs and lifting revenue
• Partner with Account Executives to schedule demos and ensure smooth handoffs
• Travel to industry conferences and events to generate leads and book demos
• Conduct discovery to qualify fit, pain, and timing across stakeholder teams
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to refine messaging and playbooks
• Track activity and report on KPIs to guide prioritization

Requirements

• 1-3 years in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding outbound meeting targets
• High confidence in phone and written communication
• Ability to manage high volume (50+ touches per day)
• Strong CRM discipline and data management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling AI or SaaS
• Experience selling into the home services vertical
