About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own outbound prospecting across a defined territory targeting healthcare decision-makers
  • Build and execute multi-channel outbound sequences via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Research target accounts to craft personalized outreach addressing healthcare operational pain points
  • Qualify inbound leads and move prospects through the top of the funnel
  • Collaborate with AEs and marketing to refine messaging and campaign strategy
  • Maintain clean and accurate activity data in Salesforce

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of SDR or outbound sales experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding outbound pipeline targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Outreach, Apollo, or similar sequencing platforms
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a builder's mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into the healthcare industry
