About the role
Responsibilities
- Own outbound prospecting across a defined territory targeting healthcare decision-makers
- Build and execute multi-channel outbound sequences via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Research target accounts to craft personalized outreach addressing healthcare operational pain points
- Qualify inbound leads and move prospects through the top of the funnel
- Collaborate with AEs and marketing to refine messaging and campaign strategy
- Maintain clean and accurate activity data in Salesforce
Requirements
- 1–2 years of SDR or outbound sales experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding outbound pipeline targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Outreach, Apollo, or similar sequencing platforms
- Comfort with ambiguity and a builder's mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling into the healthcare industry
- Genuine curiosity about AI-driven healthcare transformation
