Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and generate new opportunities via phone, social media, and online channels
• Follow up on inbound leads and convert interest into a qualified pipeline
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through consistent outbound activity
• Partner closely with senior sales executives to drive revenue in the German territory
• Represent Arctic Wolf at industry events and tradeshows
• Apply a consultative approach to create value-driven conversations with prospects
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

Requirements

• 1–2 years of professional experience, preferably in Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation
• Fluency in both German and English
• Strong motivation to build a long-term career in Sales with a drive to achieve results
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and social)
• Experience with CRM tools and the ability to leverage research to identify leads
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
