About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and generate new opportunities via phone, social media, and online channels
  • Follow up on inbound leads and convert interest into a qualified pipeline
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through consistent outbound activity
  • Partner closely with senior sales executives to drive revenue in the Nordic territory
  • Represent Arctic Wolf at industry events and tradeshows
  • Apply a consultative approach to create value-driven conversations with prospects
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Share feedback, insights, and best practices within the sales team

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of professional experience, preferably in Sales, Business Development, or a customer-facing role
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Fluency in at least one of the following: Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Swedish
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and social)
  • Experience with CRM tools and lead qualification research
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong motivation to build a long-term career in Sales
