About the role
Responsibilities
- Own outbound prospecting efforts by researching accounts and identifying key stakeholders
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach
- Conduct discovery conversations to uncover business needs and align value propositions
- Develop deep understanding of markets, industries, and companies within the territory
- Partner with Account Executives, Marketing, and Partner Managers on outreach strategies
- Maintain accurate lead management and activity tracking in Salesforce
Requirements
- Native Portuguese speaker
- Fluent English
- 2+ years of SDR experience, preferably in SaaS or high-tech
- Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation experience
- Excellent communication skills across email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Ability to lead consultative discovery conversations
- Hunter mentality with a proactive approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with EMEA and LATAM markets
- Experience in the mobile marketing or MarTech ecosystem
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Data.ai, and sales intelligence tools
