About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own outbound prospecting efforts by researching accounts and identifying key stakeholders
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach
  • Conduct discovery conversations to uncover business needs and align value propositions
  • Develop deep understanding of markets, industries, and companies within the territory
  • Partner with Account Executives, Marketing, and Partner Managers on outreach strategies
  • Maintain accurate lead management and activity tracking in Salesforce

Requirements

  • Native Portuguese speaker
  • Fluent English
  • 2+ years of SDR experience, preferably in SaaS or high-tech
  • Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation experience
  • Excellent communication skills across email, LinkedIn, and phone
  • Ability to lead consultative discovery conversations
  • Hunter mentality with a proactive approach

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with EMEA and LATAM markets
  • Experience in the mobile marketing or MarTech ecosystem
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Data.ai, and sales intelligence tools
