About the role
Responsibilities
- Prospect, generate, and qualify leads for the Film/TV business through cold calling, email, and industry research
- Schedule appointments and discovery calls for the Film/TV sales team
- Conduct website demos for prospects and clients
- Maintain accurate lead information, activity history, and pipeline stages in the CRM
- Manage ingested trades data and run reports using CRM tools and PowerBI
- Provide quoting and needledrop contracts
- Support renewal-related coordination and pipeline hygiene
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or a revenue-facing support role
- Experience supporting a quota-carrying sales team
- Proven track record of meeting activity and lead conversion targets
- Strong CRM discipline and familiarity with tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, or Salesloft
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with sales data or reporting (PowerBI is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to music licensing, production music, sync, or copyright
- Knowledge of film/TV production or the entertainment industry
- Experience supporting renewals or account management processes
