Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound via emails and calls, managing sequencing and deliverability
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines and messaging to optimize engagement
  • Develop account-based plays for target accounts through research and tailored outreach
  • Source and qualify leads, book meetings, and support closing SMB deals
  • Collaborate with the GTM team on tooling selection and automation pipelines
  • Track and optimize SDR KPIs including volume, response rates, and SQL conversion

Requirements

  • Proven ability to launch end-to-end outbound workflows and iterate via A/B testing
  • Deep conceptual grasp of CRM and engagement orchestration tools
  • Experience designing and operating high-throughput outreach engines
  • Ability to map multi-stage GTM flows and identify bottlenecks
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and pipeline velocity
  • Comfortable with qualification, negotiation, and deal hand-off
  • Ability to work in-person from the New York office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior SDR or RevOps/Revenue Engineering experience at an early-stage startup
  • Proven track record of exceeding outbound performance targets
