Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and nurture leads into sales opportunities
• Maintain effective communication and alignment with sales and marketing teams
• Educate potential customers on Amex GBT's services and offerings
• Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM software
• Utilize modern sales tools and techniques to optimize the sales process
• Monitor customer trends and develop strategies to increase engagement
• Manage a sales pipeline to maximize performance and prepare reports for senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
• Proficiency in CRM and lead generation software
• Familiarity with sales and marketing operations and processes
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently
