Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential manufacturing customers across Europe
  • Start conversations with operations, production, and quality leaders
  • Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives
  • Partner with AEs to shape pipeline, messaging, and market feedback
  • Help scale the go-to-market playbook

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in B2B sales or sales development
  • Strong written, spoken, and phone communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and production managers
  • Highly organized and disciplined with CRM hygiene
  • Goal-oriented mindset with high initiative

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Lemlist, or Aircall
  • Familiarity with automation tools like Clay or n8n
  • Interest in AI, robotics, or manufacturing technology
