Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential manufacturing customers across Europe
- Start conversations with operations, production, and quality leaders
- Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives
- Partner with AEs to shape pipeline, messaging, and market feedback
- Help scale the go-to-market playbook
Requirements
- 1-3 years in B2B sales or sales development
- Strong written, spoken, and phone communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and production managers
- Highly organized and disciplined with CRM hygiene
- Goal-oriented mindset with high initiative
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Lemlist, or Aircall
- Familiarity with automation tools like Clay or n8n
- Interest in AI, robotics, or manufacturing technology
