About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize, and engage organizations that can benefit from Airwallex’s Spend Management platform.
- Map target accounts and identify key stakeholders across Finance and Leadership functions (CFOs, Finance Directors, etc.).
- Create highly personalized outbound campaigns to generate qualified pipeline for Account Executives.
- Partner with Marketing, Product Sales, and Revenue Strategy teams to optimize account planning and forecasting.
- Manage day-to-day operational tasks and outreach productivity using Salesforce and other data platforms.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and develop actionable strategies for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or commercial operational roles.
- Background in FinTech, B2B SaaS, Expense Management, or the ERP space.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and analytical tools (Google Sheets, Looker).
- Strong understanding of business finance workflows, such as corporate cards and accounts payable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to conduct deep discovery conversations focused on value selling and financial metrics.
