Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify high-value commercial opportunities to build the Hong Kong Enterprise sales pipeline
• Initiate contact with potential customers through email outreach and cold calling
• Move quality leads through the sales funnel and arrange meetings for Account Executives
• Develop relationships with prospects to uncover business needs through effective questioning
• Update activity and contact information within the CRM system to support reporting efforts
• Collaborate with Marketing to provide feedback and insights for improving targeting and messaging
• Contribute to the development of outreach strategies, best practices, and sales assets

Requirements

• Target-oriented mindset with motivation to achieve business growth
• Customer-focused approach with a desire to solve prospect issues using data
• Process-driven with the ability to follow and document efficient procedures
• Strong team player capable of working both collaboratively and independently
• Superior verbal and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese
• Strong interest in technology and/or financial services
• Proven track record of performance in a BDR or similar sales-related role
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Mandarin language skills
• Relevant experience working in a high-paced startup or tech environment
• Experience using Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM tools
• Less than 5 years of professional working experience
