Sales Development Program Trainee

Responsibilities

• Provide heavy counter service and sales consultations
• Handle phone orders and quotations in a fast-paced environment
• Manage shipping, receiving, and in-store product replenishment
• Develop deep product knowledge and expertise
• Learn and drive key financial levers including profit and loss statements

Requirements

• College and/or University degree
• 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
