About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs across New York and London, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous growth.
- Own the SDR team's pipeline targets, including qualified meetings booked and opportunities created across various financial segments.
- Design and execute hiring plans to scale the sales development function across the Americas and EMEA.
- Drive process excellence by implementing AI-powered prospecting, research, and outreach tools.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Client Services to align SDR activity with client retention and expansion goals.
- Analyze funnel metrics and CRM reporting to identify high-leverage improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing B2B SDR or BDR teams with a proven track record of hitting pipeline targets.
- Demonstrated experience scaling sales development functions and growing teams.
- Strong coaching skills with a history of developing talent for advanced roles.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM reporting and funnel analytics.
- Ability to work in a hybrid capacity, based in or willing to relocate to New York City or London.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience targeting private equity, hedge funds, asset managers, or investment banks.
- Background in a subscription-based or recurring-revenue business model.
- Experience managing cross-border teams across the US and UK/EMEA.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered sales tools and conversational intelligence platforms.
