About the Company
RunSybil is on a mission to automate hacker intuition. We’re building Sybil: an AI-driven pentester that discovers vulnerabilities before they’re exploited. Our team is composed of experts from OpenAI, Meta, Mandiant, Palantir, Cruise, Trail of Bits, and Aptiv.
Responsibilities
- Build a data-driven outbound motion end to end including prospecting, qualification, messaging, and handoff
- Personally run outbound to prove the playbook before hiring SDRs
- Stand up tracking and reporting for top-of-funnel activity and pipeline
- Partner with founders, GTM leadership, RevOps, and Marketing on messaging and positioning
- Hire, onboard, and coach the SDR team once the motion is established
- Evaluate agentic SDR and prospecting tools to balance automation and headcount
- Own top-of-funnel numbers and feed field insights back to GTM and product teams
Requirements
- Experience managing SDRs or inside sales reps
- Proven track record of building or rebuilding an outbound motion
- Builder's instinct with willingness to perform unglamorous work personally
- Genuine excitement about AI and experience with AI automation
- Ability to create process, structure, and accountability
- Comfort operating with minimal direction and making data-driven decisions
- Ability to interact with technical, opinionated buyers and founders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in security, infrastructure, or developer-tools industries
