Sales Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and mentor a high-octane team of 8+ Sales Development Representatives
• Consult with leadership to build and execute strategic growth plans and sales playbooks
• Develop scalable sales systems and processes to drive predictive revenue growth
• Define, manage, and optimize KPIs to ensure team productivity and efficiency
• Implement standard methodologies for inside and B2B sales
• Evaluate results and provide data-driven recommendations to senior executives

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales with at least 2+ years in a sales leadership role
• Proven track record of data-driven results and achieving sales targets
• High proficiency with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools
• Experience in a startup or SMB SaaS environment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, "do what it takes" culture

• Experience building and scaling sales teams through all phases of an account-based sales cycle
• Strong ability to comprehend and explain complex technology with ease
