About the role
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing SDR team handling both inbound and outbound engagements
- Elevate team performance through consistent coaching, 1:1s, and actionable feedback
- Create and refine SOPs, sales scripts, email pitches, and outreach strategies
- Own team performance metrics and lead weekly reviews to ensure targets are exceeded
- Manage deal pipeline forecasting with a focus on volume and value accuracy
- Collaborate with Marketing to refine ICPs, messaging, and event-driven lead generation
- Partner with Sales to execute outbound strategies for target accounts
- Work with RevOps to optimize the SDR tech stack and drive process improvements
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in B2B
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading lead generation or SDR/BDR teams
- Proven track record in outbound sales and cold calling proficiency
- Hands-on experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
