About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive landscapes.
- Develop and execute market entry strategies, including pricing models and product portfolio adaptations.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key partners, distributors, and retailers to drive growth.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements and build strategic alliances within new territories.
- Provide training and development to marketing teams regarding new products and cultural adaptations.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust expansion strategies to meet company objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Proven understanding of lead generation and business growth strategies.
- Willingness to travel heavily as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience within the food or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
