About the role

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, train, and ramp a team of high-performing sales development representatives
  • Coach, mentor, and guide the team in developing consultative and solution-based sales skills
  • Use data to inform team strategy and drive agility
  • Identify lead sources and construct lists to generate top-of-funnel demand
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Marketing and Growth Operations
  • Monitor and refine sales lead processes, metrics, and reporting
  • Drive a high-performance culture to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Foster an environment of inclusion and career development for future sales leaders

Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales, business development, or revenue-focused roles
  • 2+ years of experience managing a team and coaching individual contributors
  • Proven track record of scaling teams and exceeding quotas
  • Experience using data and analytics to drive decision making
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • BA/BS Degree preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce Admin or Sales Ops functions is a plus
