About the role
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, train, and ramp a team of high-performing sales development representatives
- Coach, mentor, and guide the team in developing consultative and solution-based sales skills
- Use data to inform team strategy and drive agility
- Identify lead sources and construct lists to generate top-of-funnel demand
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Marketing and Growth Operations
- Monitor and refine sales lead processes, metrics, and reporting
- Drive a high-performance culture to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Foster an environment of inclusion and career development for future sales leaders
Requirements
- 5+ years in sales, business development, or revenue-focused roles
- 2+ years of experience managing a team and coaching individual contributors
- Proven track record of scaling teams and exceeding quotas
- Experience using data and analytics to drive decision making
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- BA/BS Degree preferred
- Experience with Salesforce Admin or Sales Ops functions is a plus
