Sales Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and ramp a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives
• Coach and mentor the team in developing consultative, solution-based sales skills and outbound execution
• Use data and analytics to inform team strategy and drive operational excellence
• Generate top-of-funnel demand by identifying lead sources and constructing outbound lists
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Growth Operations, and GMs to drive new business
• Monitor and refine sales lead processes, metrics, and reporting to maximize efficiency
• Own the execution of pipeline goals to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
• Foster an inclusive environment and coach the next generation of sales leaders

Requirements

• 5+ years in sales, business development, or revenue-focused roles
• 2+ years of experience managing a team and coaching individual contributors
• Proven track record of scaling high-performing teams and exceeding quotas
• Experience using data and analytics to drive decision-making and process development
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in the Chicago office

Preferred Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree
• Experience with Salesforce administration, dashboard creation, and lead distribution
• Experience with Sales Ops functions
