Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales Development team
  • Design and implement processes and best practices for generating qualified opportunities
  • Track, measure, and report on sales data to inform strategy
  • Drive the recruitment process to attract top-tier talent
  • Ensure effective use of Salesforce and Outreach for managing sales activities
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to support broader company initiatives

Requirements

  • 2+ years of management experience leading SDRs or AEs
  • 2+ years of experience selling SaaS products in an Account Executive role
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • High levels of energy, self-motivation, and ownership
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work in person at the office 4-5 days a week
