Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales Development team
- Design and implement processes and best practices for generating qualified opportunities
- Track, measure, and report on sales data to inform strategy
- Drive the recruitment process to attract top-tier talent
- Ensure effective use of Salesforce and Outreach for managing sales activities
- Work closely with the Head of Sales to support broader company initiatives
Requirements
- 2+ years of management experience leading SDRs or AEs
- 2+ years of experience selling SaaS products in an Account Executive role
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- High levels of energy, self-motivation, and ownership
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in person at the office 4-5 days a week
