About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build, coach, and manage a team of 5–10 SDRs to drive 150–300 qualified appointments annually
  • Own top-of-funnel pipeline production across SMB and Mid-Market healthcare segments
  • Establish daily, weekly, and quarterly performance rhythms using scorecards and metrics
  • Partner with Salesforce developers to improve CRM workflows, reporting, and data hygiene
  • Coach the team on outbound execution, multi-touch campaigns, objection handling, and appointment-setting quality
  • Improve handoffs between data enrichment, qualification, outreach, and senior sales resources

Requirements

  • Proven track record of building and leading outbound SDR teams to high-volume appointment targets
  • Functional Salesforce fluency and strong CRM hygiene standards
  • Deep understanding of outbound sales, cold outreach, and multi-touch campaigns
  • Experience personally setting appointments at volume
  • Strong coaching ability with a track record of developing sales talent
  • Comfortable operating within structured accountability and EOS-style rhythms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Curiosity about healthcare IT buyers and healthcare decision-making dynamics
  • Experience partnering with technical CRM resources to improve tooling
  • Familiarity with Topgrading, EOS, or similar business operating frameworks

Benefits

  • Base salary of $100,000–$140,000 annually
  • $50 bonus per qualified appointment attended by the client
  • 1% of ARR commission on closed deals originating from the SDR team upon CRO approval
