About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own regional SDR performance against defined KPIs, including activity levels, qualified meetings, and outreach effectiveness
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs through 1:1s, call reviews, and structured feedback to improve outbound effectiveness
  • Ensure high-quality SDR-to-BDM handoffs by adhering to qualification standards, routing rules, and SLAs
  • Optimize SDR capacity and workflows across customer segments and lines of business
  • Drive consistent use of CRM and SDR tooling to ensure strong data hygiene and accurate reporting
  • Partner with Sales Leadership, RevOps, and Marketing to align SDR activity with pipeline targets and campaign priorities
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to leadership

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B sales or sales development
  • 4+ years of experience managing and coaching SDR teams
  • Experience in financial services, payments, FX, or related sectors
  • Proven ability to drive outbound pipeline metrics, including ramp time and conversion rates
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, and modern SDR tooling
  • Ability to manage SDR teams focused on UK markets
