About the role
Responsibilities
- Own regional SDR performance against defined KPIs, including activity levels, qualified meetings, and outreach effectiveness
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs through 1:1s, call reviews, and structured feedback to improve outbound effectiveness
- Ensure high-quality SDR-to-BDM handoffs through adherence to qualification standards and SLAs
- Drive consistent use of CRM and SDR tooling to ensure strong data hygiene and accurate reporting
- Partner with Sales Leadership, RevOps, and Marketing to align SDR activity with pipeline targets and campaign priorities
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to leadership
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B sales or sales development
- 4+ years of experience managing and coaching SDR teams
- Experience in financial services, payments, FX, or related industries
- Proven ability to manage pan-US markets
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, and other SDR tooling
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into operational improvements
