Sales Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive market growth by engaging with commercial contractors, distribution partners, and end users through field visits and jobsite interactions.
• Execute local marketing events at dealerships, job sites, and local trade unions to increase brand insistence.
• Collaborate with distribution partners and outside sales reps to sell new products and meet annual business targets.
• Manage top jobsites by engaging directly with users to understand their needs and deliver Bosch solutions.
• Utilize CRM daily for effective business development and data management.
• Manage local budgets and participate in continuous learning to develop product and application expertise.

Requirements

• High School diploma required.
• Proven B2B sales experience.
• Must reside in the Austin/San Antonio area.
• Ability to lift between 10 lbs and 70 lbs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Previous sales experience within the construction, building materials, or power tools industry.
• Experience with SAP or Power BI.
