Sales Development

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify potential leads and prospects within the target market
• Engage in outbound activities including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach
• Implement personalized and effective outreach campaigns to maximize lead conversion
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to exchange insights on prospect feedback and market trends
• Continuously refine and adjust outreach strategies based on feedback loops
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates and lead quality
• Partner with sales leadership to analyze data and optimize outbound strategies

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of outbound B2B sales experience
• Proven track record of securing net-new business meetings
• Ability to build and qualify opportunity-sized lead lists in new markets and verticals
• Fluency in both Dutch and English
• Experience with modern prospecting tools and multi-channel outreach strategies
• Highly self-motivated with strong prioritization and time management skills
