Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients by researching markets and calling/emailing businesses
• Build a reputation and network in the small business community
• Manage multiple relationships at once and create happy customers
• Evangelize the Justworks product to the small business world
• Become an expert in the field of outsourced HR solutions

Requirements

• 0-2 years of professional experience, ideally in lead generation
• Self-motivated with ability to prospect, meet, and qualify prospects
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to communicate complicated topics clearly and concisely
• Creative problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM
