Sales Development Associate

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers to identify rental needs and provide solutions
• Support Territory Account Managers by qualifying leads and prospecting new accounts
• Develop relationships with decision-makers in construction and industrial businesses
• Generate quotes, process rental agreements, and ensure timely follow-ups
• Coordinate with rental coordinators and operations teams for equipment delivery and pickup
• Utilize CRM tools to track sales activity and customer interactions
• Attend industry events and trade shows to build brand awareness

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or construction-related industries preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in an outside sales role
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in CRM tools and technology-driven sales solutions
• Availability to work Monday - Friday, 7am-5pm

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction equipment or the rental industry
