About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with customers to identify rental needs and provide solutions
- Support Territory Account Managers by qualifying leads and prospecting new accounts
- Develop relationships with decision-makers on jobsites and construction companies
- Generate quotes, process rental agreements, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Coordinate with rental coordinators and operations teams for equipment delivery and pickup
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activity and customer interactions
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or construction-related industries preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and technology-driven sales solutions
- Ability to work Monday - Friday, 7am-5pm
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of construction equipment or the rental industry
