About the role

Responsibilities

  • Generate and pre-qualify new leads using company resources and tools
  • Research leads and identify prospects through various data pools
  • Approach prospects via email or phone to create business opportunities
  • Develop pre and post conference mail shots and follow-ups
  • Convert marketing leads from websites into hot leads
  • Support targeted email campaigns in line with strategic targets
  • Pass leads to appropriate team members with complete profile information
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on various strategies
  • Schedule appointments and attend or present at meetings
  • Prepare and lead early engagement presentations to facilitate RFPs
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and yearly targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Inside Sales experience in a CRO or clinical trials/safety industry
  • Experience in lead nurturing, qualification, and appointment setting
  • Understanding of Phase I-IV clinical development
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM and sales automation tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
