About the role
Responsibilities
- Generate and pre-qualify new leads using company resources and tools
- Research leads and identify prospects through various data pools
- Approach prospects via email or phone to create business opportunities
- Develop pre and post conference mail shots and follow-ups
- Convert marketing leads from websites into hot leads
- Support targeted email campaigns in line with strategic targets
- Pass leads to appropriate team members with complete profile information
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on various strategies
- Schedule appointments and attend or present at meetings
- Prepare and lead early engagement presentations to facilitate RFPs
- Meet and exceed quarterly and yearly targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Inside Sales experience in a CRO or clinical trials/safety industry
- Experience in lead nurturing, qualification, and appointment setting
- Understanding of Phase I-IV clinical development
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM and sales automation tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
